ActionSA Presses ANC Municipality for Answers on Alleged Support to MK Party Motorcades Amid Concerns Over Mayor’s Link.

The head of ActionSA in KwaZulu-Natal, Zwakele Mncwango, is urging the ANC-led eThekwini municipality to provide clear explanations regarding the reported involvement of Durban Metro Police cars and personnel in the motorcades organized by the MK Party over the past few days. Expressing concern, Mncwango emphasizes the unsettling observation that municipal resources seem to be utilized to support the ANC’s breakaway group. He is seeking clarification from the city manager, Musa Mbhele, urging him to shed light on the rationale behind such involvement. Adding to the unease, Mncwango points out that the connection between eThekwini Mayor Mxolisi Kaunda and the party further amplifies the concerns surrounding this matter.
