Choosing yourself first over everything is the best decision a person could ever make in this today life. People go through a lot of pressures from families and friends on how they should live their lives and how they should think about others before making decisions that affects their lives. Being in married doesn’t mean that a person should become a slave and not be able to leave because of what people will say about you leaving your marriage as they don’t know what you are going through in your marriage. “Choose yourself, your happiness and your future before everything else.”
Perseverance Maremeni is a 33-year-old mother of two from Mashamba Village in Limpopo. Perseverance is the sole owner of Crowd Lioness where she designs cloths for people and sells them. She started the company on her own without going to school of design to learn how to design cloths. She started first by designing her own cloths for herself until people started being in love with her clots and started asking who her designer is, when she saw that people are in love with her design and many of them wanted to buy, she started selling them. She designs different cloths like traditional cloths, pants, shirts, and wedding gowns.
Perseverance is a motivational speaker and one of the biggest content creators on TikTok and a divorcee. She is a phenomenal speaker who can stand up for herself and speak for herself regarding something in her own view not being scared that people will judge her and say different things about her. The name “ Madam Speaker” comes from her being able to address anything she has gone through being able to tell her story without shame and also being able to stand up, encourage and give other women advice on how they should be able to contain their self in marriages and how they should not let anyone abuse them in the name of “am your husband you should do as I say.”
Madam Speaker host events for women married women, divorcees and those that are not married gather to talk about themselves and how they should be able to take care of themselves, how to put themselves first in everything regardless of what people will say because their happiness matters the most. “As a women you should learn to choose yourself in everything being a divorcee does not mean that you are a failure but means that you are able to stand up for yourself and fight for what you believe in, put yourself first in everything before everyone else.”

Madam speaker shared that she doesn’t do what she does to get likes of people or to be loved by people because obliviously not all people will love what she brings as many will think that she is against marriage just because she is a divorcee. But to her she is willing to stand up not being liked by many people especially men because she cannot let other women suffer in the hands of a men.
