Africa’s Travel Indaba 2025: Strengthening Industry Collaboration

With the countdown to Africa’s Travel Indaba 2025 underway, South African Tourism has introduced an industry-led Advisory Committee to enhance the event’s execution. This panel, featuring key tourism representatives, will meet weekly to refine exhibitor and buyer engagement, logistics, programme improvements, and overall event quality.

Advisory Committee Members:

  • David Frost – SATSA
  • Suzanne Bayly – Classic Portfolio
  • Kgomotso Ramothea – ATTA
  • Andrew Camp – Sun International
  • Dorcas Dlamini – Marriott
  • Martin Botha – Tourvest

Their expertise will help shape a world-class trade show, ensuring Africa’s Travel Indaba remains a premier platform for tourism business.

Industry Leaders on the Advisory Panel:

David Frost (SATSA): “This initiative fosters deeper collaboration and ensures private-sector voices are heard. Kudos to the SAT team for assembling a strong panel.”

Dorcas Dlamini (Marriott): “Indaba drives tourism, job creation, and Africa’s global positioning. I’m honoured to contribute to its success.”

Andrew Camp (Sun International): “We fully support Indaba as exhibitors and partners. It’s our duty to showcase Africa’s top destinations to global buyers.”

Event Details:

Africa’s Travel Indaba 2025 takes place from 12-15 May at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
