Durban, South Africa – 15 July 2024 – The family of Malcolm Xolani Chili, along with the Justice for Xolani Campaign, seeks the media’s support to spread the word and help find the murderer(s) responsible for the brutal killing of Malcolm Xolani Chili. Known affectionately as “Flex,” Malcolm was shot 16 times in New Germany while returning home from work on 13 February 2024, leaving behind a devastated family and community.

The Chili family has contacted Student Living to assist in distributing their request for help. They are offering a R100,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) behind this senseless act of violence.

Anyone with information is asked to contact us confidentially via:

  • Facebook inbox
  • Email: brad@bradnathanson.co.za
  • Phone: 083 250 2007 (Brad Nathanson)

We know who did this; we are simply looking for more evidence in support. We appreciate any articles published on this story, radio interviews, television interviews, podcasts, blogs, documentaries, and any media opportunities that will help us raise awareness about Malcolm Xolani Chili’s death and catch the murderers. We urge the media to help us put pressure on the police, not just at the Pinetown Station but also on the head of police in South Africa.
