One of South African upcoming artist “Jelly Babie” Karabo Khakhu visited a retail store named BIG SAVE and ended being in an intense argument with one of the store cashiers as she posted a video of herself swearing and disrespecting the cashier.
According to one customer who was on the scene, the singer provoked the cashiers by calling them cheap, saying that she can afford them all, she can pay their full salary and talking disrespectfully towards them as a result one of the cashiers questioned her and that’s when Jelly Babie started to shout at the cashier.
“You are a dog, and you are nothing, you are just a cashier, and you should focus on that, you are way too forward, and you are nothing and there’s nothing so you can tell me,” said Jelly Babie to the cashier on the video she posted.
As a result, regarding her disrespectful behaviour the Barcadi singer and dancers’ Facebook fans has started to unfollow her and demand that her One Woman Show to be cancelled or for her to be removed as they will not support someone who does not see nor respect people because she is now a celebrity.
Also, celebrities and performers are cancelling their appearance for Jelly Babie’s One Woman Show. “We are not going to support someone who disrespect one of us, she is where she is because of the very same people she’s disrespecting” commented a fan on a social media platform Facebook.
South Africans are disappointed to witness such from a young talented lady as this can also destroy or end the bright future Jelly Babie has.
It was quoted that it was not the first time she insults adults as she once did that to teachers, saying that she earns more than they do but she was forgiven at first and some took her side.
“When we tried to talk about Jelly Babie’s disrespectful behaviour, we were called old barcadi grandmother who are jealous of a child and with all that I would like to acknowledge my fans that I am no longer part of her upcoming show,” said Nwadada one of the upcoming Barcardi dancer and singer.
The Gauteng Media News decided to put a hand in this matter by looking for the cashier for them to offer her their support and provide her with counselling.
