Cupcakes of Hope (CoH) is on a mission to gather R500,000 to support young cancer patients in need of financial assistance for their medical treatment.
Calling all South Africans to rally behind this heartwarming initiative, CoH invites you to join or support a Party of Hope. Whether it’s whipping up a batch of cupcakes for a workplace bake sale, organizing a school fundraiser, or hosting a cupcake extravaganza with friends, every effort counts towards making a difference in these kids’ lives.
The concept of Parties of Hope, born in 2014, has since blossomed into a nationwide movement, thanks to the visionary leadership of Sandy Cipriano and her dedicated team at CoH. Recognizing the ongoing need for support beyond the confines of September’s Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, CoH has been relentless in their pursuit of year-round donations to aid children battling cancer and their families.
With CoH’s direct financial assistance to medical providers and the delivery of uplifting care packages to hospitalized patients, the impact of your contributions extends far beyond monetary aid. From vital medical equipment to emotional support, every cupcake sold brings hope and comfort to those in need.
Cupcakes of Hope(CoH) has raised an astounding additional R1 million, benefiting nearly 3,000 children across 20 medical facilities in South Africa. But the need continues to grow, and with your help, CoH aims to reach even more children in 2024.
Join Sandy Cipriano and the CoH team in making a real difference in the lives of children battling cancer. Hosting a Party of Hope is easy – simply register as a baker on the Cupcakes of Hope website before February 29, 2024, and start baking! Businesses looking to amplify their impact can get involved by reaching out to bake@cupcakesofhope.org.
International Childhood Cancer Day serves as a poignant reminder of the struggles faced by these young warriors, but your support doesn’t end there.
