President Ramaphosa delivered some sad news on the 9th of April 2020, ahead of the Easter long weekend.
The nation addresses delivered by our president from the Union Building Pretoria outlined the extend at which virus has spread across the country.
The president was clear that the measures put in place are necessary. The number of cases in South Africa is currently at 1,934 with 18 deaths – as of 9 April 2020; the lockdown is aimed at curbing the spread of the virus.
